Severn Seed Finance secures finance for health services company

26 Sep 2018

Severn Seed Finance are delighted to have secured investment of £200,000 for a Manchester based health services provider.

The equity investment of £200,000 has been made by an overseas investor under the UK Home Offices Tier 1 Entrepreneur Scheme. Funds will be used to create new jobs, expand its operation through the UK and Ireland and introduce new services in collaboration with a leading NHS teaching hospital in the North West of England.  The investor will also assist in the development of business from overseas clients.

David Maas founder of Severn Seed Finance said “The Company approached us to find a suitable investor to complement their existing capital structure and support the future growth potential of this highly professional and dedicated business. Our expert knowledge of the UK Home Offices Tier 1 Entrepreneur Scheme enabled us to find an investor match and quickly engage both parties in discussions. We are delighted to have both sourced and advised on the deal.”
